Standard "Dock Delivery": Your order will be shipped on a pallet by a large truck. You must have a forklift, a loading dock, or staff ready to unload it. The driver might help, but isn't required to. We'll send your order to a local team who will inspect it and then call you to set up a scheduled delivery time (product will be placed inside your building).
