Standard "Dock Delivery": Your order will be shipped on a pallet by a large truck. You must have a forklift, a loading dock, or staff ready to unload it. The driver might help, but isn't required to. Deliveries are unscheduled and can arrive anytime during business hours. An unattended dock could result in a re-delivery charge. A heads-up call isn't guaranteed, but you can ask for one. Need "Inside Delivery"? If you don't have a dock or crew, just select "Inside Delivery" when you check out.
